For commissioned or made-to-order works, timelines vary and will be discussed individually, depending on the nature of the project. Every effort is made to ensure that work is securely packaged. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, though timing may vary. If you need a piece by a specific date, it's best to get in touch before placing your order so suitable shipping arrangements can be made.
Please ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Delays caused by courier services or incorrect information are outside our control.
Note: For international shipments, shipping costs may need to be adjusted depending on the size and weight of the package. Any changes will always be communicated before dispatch.
Return & Refund
Every piece we create is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. To ensure your artwork arrives safely, we package it thoughtfully and recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. For added protection, you may record a short video before signing for your item-this helps document its condition in case of any damage during transit. Please note that failure to do so may result in your damage claim not being approved.
If, for any reason, your piece does not meet your expectations, please contact Salman immediately at +92 336 8499994 or via email. Items should be returned in their original packaging within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please note that custom or commissioned works are non-refundable once production has begun, as each piece is made uniquely for you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the artwork is safely returned. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a mutually agreed timeframe.

Colors
The images of my artwork displayed on this website represent the actual pieces. However, due to variations in screens and devices, colors may appear slightly different and often look even better in person, because I believe photographs can never fully capture the essence of a piece of art.
