Colors

The images of my art work in my website are of the actual artwork and while sometimes true colors of the my artwork may look a bit different on a different computer or device.

Payment

Payments can be made via internet bank transfer (EFT), international SWIFT wire transfer, online cash deposit, or bank transfer within Pakistan. Please note that items will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Shipping

Packages are typically dispatched within 2 days after payment receipt and shipped via TCS or DHL with tracking. A link to track your package online will be provided. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a specific date, as upgraded shipping services may be necessary.
Note: International shipments may require recalculated freight due to package size. We will inform you before dispatching the order.

Returns

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. Before signing for delivery, please make a video inspection of the package to check for any damage. Failure to do so may result in your damage claim not being approved.
If you are not satisfied with your art piece, you may return it. Please inform Salman immediately by calling +92 336 8499994 or emailing [email address]. You are advised to repack the art piece in the original box and return it within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the piece, and it must be returned in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the piece and for any damage that may occur during transit.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or trade any information collected from customers. Additionally, we do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases that provide other companies with access to your personal information.

You are permitted to view and print pages from the website for your personal use. However, republication of material from this website, including on another website, or by any other means, is not allowed unless authorized by Salman Ikram.
